About Dr. Edwin Amirianfar

Edwin Amirianfar, DO is a board-certified physician specializing in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He provides compassionate, evidence-based care to help patients overcome pain, restore function, and improve their quality of life.


Dr. Amirianfar completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Health System, where he served as Chief Resident in his final year. He went on to complete an ACGME-accredited Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Louisville, gaining advanced training in interventional procedures and multidisciplinary pain management.


With a strong foundation in osteopathic principles and a holistic approach to healing, Dr. Amirianfar blends cutting-edge techniques with personalized treatment plans. 


Dr. Amirianfar is also a published author, contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge through academic research and clinical writing. His work reflects a dedication to education, innovation, and excellence in patient care.


He holds hospital privileges at St. John’s Regional Medical Center and California Rehabilitation Institute, where he collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive rehabilitative services.


In addition to being fluent in English, Dr. Amirianfar is proficient in Farsi and conversational in Spanish, enabling him to connect with a diverse patient population across Southern California.
